About the island

Lanzarote

We will get you far away from mass tourism into a small quiet fishing village Famara on the north coast of Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain).

You will be surrounded by waves, mountains, pristine landscapes and beautiful beaches.

The whole north of the island is a nature reserve protected by UNESCO, because of it’s importance for the balance of our planet’s ecosystem.

Playa Famara — Europe’s best beach break for beginners, intermediate and advanced surfers.

Lanzarote and the neighbouring islands are provided with waves from all directions, because of the volcanic formation and the favourable geographical location.

This allows the best surfing and kiting in all weather conditions, with abundance of swell and surf spots that work in all different wind and swell directions. Therefore, the Canary Islands also known as the Hawaii of Europe. Truly a surfer’s paradise!

Warmest place of Europe

Lanzarote offers all year round – mild temperatures, beautiful beaches with sand of all colours, fascinating sunsets and excellent cuisine. Despite the fact that Lanzarote is part of Spain, the island is located 2-hours flight south than the southernmost tip of Europe. Consequently, Lanzarote is by far the warmest place of Europe.

Surfers from around the world love our island and appreciate it as the perfect place to escape from the north European harsh winter or to enjoy the nice summer conditions.
